TRAINING AND SERVICE POLICY

The following aspects are applicable and binding for all training and services offered by Johan Louw & Associates Pty Ltd.

  • When requesting training, the minimum required number of delegates should at least be 8. Negotiable.
  • First Aid and Fire Management training- minimum 10 delegates.
  • Cancellation Policy for training:
    • Any cancellation 10 working days or less prior to a training session will result in an invoice to the amount of delegates confirmed 10 working days prior to date of that training session.
    • Any reduction in the number of delegates 10 working days or less prior to a training session will result in an invoice to the amount of delegates confirmed 10 working days prior to date of that training session.
    • If less than the confirmed number of delegates attend a given training session it will result in an invoice to the amount of delegates confirmed 10 working days prior to date of training.
  • All attendants will be evaluated and receive a certificate of competency when successfully have passed the course.
  • The content of all courses will be provided on your request.
  • Any OHS –related course not listed in the price list, can be developed on request of the client.
  • Cancellation Policy for Services:
    • Any cancellation 10 working days or less prior to a service will result in an invoice of a daily tariff for each day the service would have been provided.
    • The items to be invoiced could include all items specified on the quote as generated for a quote- and at least for the items constituting the consultant’s time that was reserved for the duration of the project.
